When can i expect a response after my inquiry?
48 hour or less response time on all inquiries. Together we will consult on color scheme, shape, inspiration you have for your event to narrow down what exactly you are looking for. Then we will finalize a color swatch will be sent based on your vision.
How does the payment process go?
Once contacted via inquiry, we will discuss your options for your event with a series of questions that will help me narrow down exactly what you want. Little Bubble Company will draft up a quote and color swatches. Once we agree upon your installation, 50% of your total price will be due to secure the date. The remainder will be due 72 hours prior to your event.
What can i expect the day of my event?
The day of your event is going to be stress free on my part! I will arrive ON TIME at the time we designate, ready to get the ball rolling. I will have previously constructed most parts of your garland and will mainly be building and shaping your garland on site. Most of the time you will find me detouring with helping you in other areas because I love all things decor. I am clumsy and loud, so prepare yourself with what I love to call “set up and a show”.
How long will my balloons last?
Custom organic balloon garlands can last upwards up a few months IF stored in a controlled environment. Balloons typically like weather between 66-70 degrees. They will begin to lose their shine over time and become more “matte” but don’t you worry, Little Bubble Company has travel size shine to help restore the luster!
